Emerald Triangle Buds

In the early days of the Green rush it was apparent that the growers moving to our area after the High Times article about the Trinity Pines were damaging our forests and water ways. This new influx of growers only concerned with profits made me decide to make an effort to change attitudes about how they grew. While the growers I knew that had been here all along were easy to convince that we needed to make a change (they were already caring and concerned growers) others were not interested. So I decided I had to invent a way to motivate them to change by using what motivates them PROFITS! I started collecting samples of the cannabis plants in the area and having the DNA extracted and cataloged in an effort to create a genetics database. I went to Amsterdam and collected the seeds from the major players there and extracted the DNA from those seeds and added those to our database. Come back soon for the rest of the story...

Our name says it all. We started in an effort ensure the preservation of the original growers and strains of the Emerald Triangle.
